Project Manager
The individual in this role is responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initiation to completion. They work closely with the construction office to review plans for potential issues and challenges, ensuring the project aligns with agreed-upon specifications. They secure all necessary inspections and permits, order supplies, tools, and equipment as needed, and ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations. The role also involves inspecting delivered materials to confirm that they match packing lists and are undamaged, and reporting any issues to the construction office for replacements. The jobsite must be kept clean and secure, with regular dumpster removal. The individual uses scheduling software to track progress, document milestones, and manage delays. They also take photos of completed work during key stages of the project. In addition, the role includes assisting with obtaining quotes, developing and adhering to budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality control. The individual schedules and oversees the work of sub-contractors, reviews and approves their invoices, and communicates regularly with clients, providing project progress reports. Collaboration with architects, engineers, designers, and specialists is essential, as well as writing and submitting inspection and progress reports for weekly production meetings. The role also includes performing homeowner turnover checklists, completing punch lists, and attending weekly production meetings.

Civil Drafter
DUTIES
1. Create detailed drawings using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD) or traditional drafting machines, as well as by hand utilizing drafting tools such as compasses, dividers, protractors, triangles, and other drafting devices.
2. Create maps, diagrams, and profiles by incorporating cross-sections and surveys to illustrate elevations, topographical contours, subsurface formations, and structures.
3. Utilize computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software to arrange and plan interior room layouts for commercial buildings.
4. Complete and replicate drawings and documentation packages to meet specific mediums and reproduction specifications, utilizing blueprinting, photography, or other duplicating methods.
5. Verify the dimensions of materials to be used and assign numerical identifiers to material lists.
6. Establish procedures and instructions to be followed based on design specifications and the quantity of required materials.
7. Review preliminary sketches, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to ensure alignment with design concepts and requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: PROFICIENT IN AUTOCAD AND MICROSOFT PROJECT.
HOURS: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm / 40 Hours per Week
